Come witness fishing like you’ve never
seen before. Venice, Louisiana, probably one of the
world’s best keep secrets, offers excellent year
round fishing.
Captain Allen Welch,
owner and operator of Hooked Up Charters has over 25
years experience fishing these waters. All captains
used are U.S. Coast Guard licensed and insured.
At sunrise, when you
board a well-equipped Skeeter bay boat powered by a
Yamaha HPDI outboard motor at the Venice Marina your
fishing adventure will begin. Traveling to our fishing
destination you’ll see numerous types of wildlife
such as deer, ducks, alligators, and pelicans.
When we arrive at
our fishing site in the brackish waters of the Mississippi
Delta, a day full of rod bending, drag pulling, fishing
excitement is just a cast away. Various fish await such
as redfish, speckled trout, bass, flounder, and Tarpon.
We’ll be site
casting for reds on the flats. Fishing top water for
specks and reds in the bays or just casting jigs at
the rigs. It’s possible to catch up to 75 speckled
trout and/or reds weighing 3 to 8 lbs. |
